VIRTUAL MEETING INFORMATION

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Hubbardston Board of Selectmen will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.  Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the town Web site. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via Zoom. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the town's website a comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.

          e) Pole Petition Hearings – National Grid, 7pm (VOTE)

                    a. National Grid to install 1 JO Pole on Grimes Road beginning at a point approximately 986.58 feet northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Old Westminster Road and continuing approximately 3 feet in a northwest direction. Installing pole 4-2 to service a customer at 11 Grimes Road.

                    b. National Grid to install beginning at a point approximately 1582 feet west of the centerline of the intersection of Kruse Road and continuing approximately 17 feet in a south direction. Install pull box behind pole  120 to intercept customer owned primary cable and make safe splice while replacing pole 120 with a larger pole due to the height change of pole #120-50 being installed. 

                     c. Mount Jefferson Road - National Grid to install 1 JO Pole on Mount Jefferson Road beginning at a point approximately 370 feet south of the centerline of the intersection of Malone Road and Mount Jefferson Road and continuing approximately 18 feet in a west direction Installing P21-3 in public way for temp service, then residential service.
