Tuesday, September 4, 2018 is the State Primary with polling hours 7:00am-8:00pm. Hubbardston voters vote in the gymnasium of Hubbardston Center School. Park at the rear of the school (off 7 Main St) and use the back entrance to the gym. If you drive in past the Slade Building (Police & Senior Ctr) there are several parking spaces close to the entrance.
This is a Primary Election for voters to choose who will represent their party at the general election in November. Voters who are registered in a party (Democrat, Republican, Libertarian) must vote using that party's ballot at this election. Sample ballots are attached.
Voters registered as "Unenrolled" (commonly referred to as Independent) or who are registered in a political designation (i.e., Green-Rainbow, Constitutional, etc) may choose one party's ballot on which to vote at this election. This does not change your party designation when you vote using any particular party's ballot. You will remain registered in the same party as you were registered prior to voting. You may change your party online by completing a voter registration form.
