FY 2022 Tax Classification Hearing

The Hubbardston Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. in the Town Offices, 7 Main Street, Unit #3, Hubbardston, MA 01452 as required by MGL

Chapter 40, Section 56 to determine the percentages of the local tax levy to be borne by each class of real property, as defined by MGL Chapter 59, Section 2A and personal property, for Fiscal Year 2022. The Board will also decide on the granting of a Residential Exemption, a Small Commercial Exemption, and Open Space Discount. Interested taxpayers may present written or oral information on their views at the public hearing, and may submit written information to the Select Board, 7 Main Street, unit #3, Hubbardston, MA 01452
