Must information regarding the Hubbardston Fair:

This year will be a little different with COVID-19. Fair organizers have tried to keep The Hubbardston Fair a family friendly, fun event even with modifications. With the pandemic we can’t have hands on activities or things that everyone touches. So this is what this year's Hubbardston Fair will look like...

Face masks and social distancing are a must. We are asking the public to bring their own camp chairs or picnic blankets (nothing that stakes into the ground due to irrigation) and find a spot on the fields (social distancing of course) to enjoy the music. The band Neon Alley will be playing for everyone to enjoy this year.

While relaxing at you picnic blanket area feel free to go get some food from the food trucks. We have The DogFather (hotdogs & chili), Giacomo’s Gourmet (pulled pork sandwiches, Mac & Cheese & baked goods), Dog Slinger Catering (street tacos & lemonade), Uncle Joey’s Cannolis, Suzy Q’s Ice Cream, and Evangelical Church of Hubbardston (cotton candy). We will be marking spots in front of the food trucks (6 feet apart) for everyone to keep social distancing.

Don’t forget we have vendors to shop! Check out all the artists, crafters, direct sales & small businesses booths. You never know what great “must have” finds you will come across. We ask you to please to bring small bills if paying with cash so there are less exchanges between public & vendors. Some vendors will take cards as well. There will be directional arrows on isle like in stores, also please remember to look at the items with your eyes, not your hands and keep social distancing while shopping.

Kelly at Go-Green (aka The Pallet Factory) has graciously allowed people to use her parking lot after the Rec Field parking lot fills up. Thank you Kelly!!!!

We will be providing a table with hand sanitizer for anybody that needs some.

Last thing... on your way out, Clapham Tree will have a table by the Main Gate. Everyone can take a FREE tree home to plant from Keep Hubbardston Beautiful Day that was canceled due to the pandemic.

Weather is looking great for Saturday! See everyone 10-2!!! Don’t forget your sunscreen!
