TOWN OF HUBBARDSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

COMPUTER NETWORK ADMINISTRATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The Town of Hubbardston is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Town with computer network administration and information technology technical assistance beginning September 1, 2018 for a one-year period, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms; pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, Section 6.

 

Request for proposal packages and additional RFP detail are available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday from the Town Administrator’s Office, 7 Main Street, Hubbardston, MA, 01452, or by phone at 978-928-1400 x201, or by emailing admin@hubbardstonma.us. Packages are also available at https://www.hubbardstonma.us/town-administrator/pages/procurement.

 

Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon), Friday July 27, 2018 per submittal requirements to: Ryan McLane, Town Administrator, 7 Main Street Unit 3, Hubbardston, MA, 01452.
