Volunteer Positions Available

Want to volunteer for your Town? Hubbardston is looking for energetic residents looking to better their community. Residents looking to help should send a letter of interest to bos@hubbardstonma.us no later than 12pm August 31, 2020.

Here are some available volunteer opportunities:

Cable Committee (1 Member) - Join the committee responsible for our local cable coverage to include meetings and events.

Constable - (1 Member) - Assists the Town Clerk with election procedures and other town posting requirements.

Economic Development (2 Members) - Advises the Board of Selectmen on matters pertaining to economic development. Focuses on supporting and fostering local businesses and events.

Emergency Management Planning (5 members) - Works with the EM Director to prepare the town for emergency response and management.

Housing Authority (4 members - Elected)

Memorial Day Committee (4 Members) - Advises the Board of Selectmen on preparations for the execution of the Memorial Day Parade

Planning Board - (1 member (Elected), 1 associate (Appointed)) - Guides the town's development and zoning.

Town Center Committee (1 Member) - Advises the Board of Selectmen regarding the plan to revamp the town center infrastructure to include roads, sidewalks, bike paths, parking and green space.
