6:30 Open Session for public to ask questions of the Planning Board

6: 45 Approve minutes June 20, 2018 meeting. Correspondence

Meeting with Town Administrator about Planning Board clerk and other issues. We will meet with Town Administrator between agenda items to accommodate Town Administrator’s schedule.

7:00 Marijuana Bylaw - Ed Blanchard requested time to speak about the Marijuana Sales in Hubbardston.

7:15 Borrego Solar:

Update on Gardner Rd Solar Projects

Update on 147 Williamsville Rd Project. Review Places estimate for engineering cost.

7:30 Review applications for associate member to Planning Board. Anyone wishing to apply for this 1 year appointed position please contact Laurie Reed in Selectmen’s office or come to July 5th meeting.  Planning Board will vote on recommendation to selectmen for Associate member at our July 11th meeting.

8:00 Update on Planning Board emails address, drop boxes, file storage.

8:15 Planning Board member’s goals for FY 2019.  Make list of Planning Board objectives for FY19.
