How to Request a Public Record
- Although not required, requests for public records should be submitted in writing in order to ensure an accurate response to your request
- Include a reasonable description of specific records being requested including dates of those records if known
- Under some circumstances the Town may assess a reasonable fee for the reproduction of public records as outlined in MGL Ch 66 and Ch 4, Sec. 7(26).
