Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals has the power to grant a variance from the Hubbardston Zoning Bylaws under certain conditions. The petitioner must show a substantial hardship based on specific circumstances in order to be granted a variance. Any person who feels they have been wrongfully denied a permit or been served with an enforcement order may appeal that decision to the Zoning Board. An appeal must be filed with the Town Clerk within 30 days from the date of denial or enforcement order.
