Procurement
The Town Administrator serves as the chief procurement officer under chapter 30B of the General Laws, responsible for the procurement, award and execution of contracts for all supplies, services, materials and equipment of the town, excluding the school district. The Town Administrator may delegate responsibility for procurement under section 19 of chapter 30B of the General Laws.
