AGENDA FOR HUBBARDSTON VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL COMMITTEE

The meeting will be held on Wednesday April 12th, 2023 at 6:30 PM at the Slade Building.

Proposed Agenda Items

  • Review of additional names to be added to the Memorial..Members
  • all have a copy of this list. Please be prepared to have input regarding verification, changes, omissions or additions
  • Plan of action to get the new names added in time for Memorial Day which is Monday May 29th.
  • Placement of names on the memorial
  • Update on Budget....to pay for the addition of the names
  • Other topics not anticipated within 48 hours of the meeting
