The Meeting will begin at 6 PM via zoom
..Review and approve the minutes of the meeting held on June 24, 2021
..Review of our design for the Memorial. Ed Blanchard and Steve Meagher will discuss laying out the form for the base of the Memorial.
..Review and discussion by Ed Blanchard and Steve Meagher of the quotes we have received regarding the cost of the Memorial and the pros and cons of these quotes.
..Vote on moving forward on selecting a vendor.
..Update on status of our certified listing of eligible Vietnam Veterans.. by our VSO Sara Wyman.
..Steps necessary to continue outreach to insure we offer the opportunity to all eligible Vietnam era Veterans to have their name included on the monument.
..Current status of our fundraising efforts and what to do next to generate additional donations.
..Other items not reasonably anticipated by the chair forty-eight hours prior to the meeting.
