…Review and accept the minutes of the meeting from August 19, 2021

…Discuss the laying of the foundation for our memorial on August 30th

…Receive an update and feedback from Ed Blanchard on any information received by the vendor we have selected for our monument which is Haobo Stone Co.

…Discuss any remaining names of potential veterans who have not been certified for our final list and any strategies deemed necessary to identify and find these individuals. This is vital to the overall success of our project. Sara Wyman will report.

…Feedback from Laura Foley regarding updated entries on our Facebook page and press releases.

…Funding update and additional strategies to generate donations such as contacting local companies and the sponsor a veteran idea proposed by Ed Blanchard

…Discussion of whether or not we need to pursue the grant proposal with the CPC and the relationship to the restoration/repair of the other monuments on the common.

..What to do if we have money left over.

…Finalize details for our participation at the Hubbardston Town Fair on September 18^th. Laura Foley will be handling details.
