- Review, discussion and vote for the final list of names to be added to the monument
- Plan of action to get the names engraved on the monument prior to Memorial Day which is May 29th, 2023
- Proposed cost to have this done
- Discussion regarding an Honor Roll account which may be available for future funding.
- Memorial Day parade and service
- Other items not anticipated by the chair prior to the meeting
