The Board of Assessors is responsible for all issues pertaining to:

  • Assessments (real estate and personal property)
  • Abatements (real estate, personal property, and motor vehicle)
  • Tax Exemption Forms (elderly, veteran)
  • Tax Maps
  • Deeds
  • Certified Abutters List
  • Property Owner Detail Listings (Property Record Cards)
  • Chapter 61, 61A, 61B Land
