Finance Committee Vacancy

The Town of Hubbardston is seeking an interested resident to fill a vacancy on the Finance Committee.

The Finance Committee reviews the annual budget and provides recommendations and detailed explanations to Town Meeting voters. Additionally, the Finance Committee monitors the town's current-year financial activities to provide reports to the town.

The selected candidate would fill the vacant position until the Town Election on June 9, 2020. The vacated position will be open during the election for interested candidates to complete a one-year term.

Interested residents should email the Board of Selectmen at bos@hubbardstonma.us with a letter expressing interest and potential qualifications. The Board is hoping to make this appointment in March to help with the annual budget process.
