The Town of Hubbardston is seeking a qualified applicants for the position of Town Clerk / Assessors Clerk. This dual role full time position, under the general direction of the town administrator, performs administrative and supervisory work in maintaining official records, conducting elections, issuing licenses and documents as Town Clerk; and provides support to the Board of Assessors on appraisals, tax administration and public assistance as Assessors Clerk. Responsibilities include election administration, voter registration, vital records management as Town Clerk; and clerical work, data entry, file maintenance, and customer service in assessing functions as Assessors Clerk, following established methods and procedures. Competitive salary of $55,000 +/- DOQ and excellent benefits package.
