Property Data Verification Notice

Please be advised that as part of the statutory property tax assessment recertification process, the Hubbardston Assessor's Office recently mailed a property data questionnaire to verify the property data used to estimate property tax assessments.

Over the next several weeks, a team of inspectors from our assessment vendor, Regional Resource Group, Inc., will be canvassing the town. Their objective is to verify both exterior and interior information about your property.

You can greatly assist the Hubbardston Assessor's Office in this process by taking a few minutes to complete the property data questionnaire mailed to you about your property. Completing this questionnaire may help avoid the need for the inspectors to conduct a full interior inspection.

The mailed questionnaire allows you to provide updated details on your property to ensure our records are accurate. Please complete the property data questionnaire form and either mail it back, or scan and e-mail it to hubbardstonassessor@rrgsystems.com. We greatly appreciate your assistance in completing and returning the mailed questionnaire promptly to aid in this important legal recertification process.
