Reminder - Hubbardston Board of Health Metal Recycling Day - Tomorrow, November 4, 2023

The Hubbardston Board of Health is sponsoring a free metal recycling day TOMORROW, Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 10am to 1pm. The event will take place at the Hubbardston Department of Public Works located at 68 Worcester Road. This is an opportunity for Hubbardston residents to clean up their properties and dispose of metal items in an environmentally responsible way. All types of metal will be accepted including grills, appliances, chairs, pipes, bicycles, lawnmowers, and more. The only requirement is that items cannot contain liquids, gases, freon, or batteries. By recycling scrap metal, we can keep it out of landfills and give the materials new life. Please take advantage of this free community recycling event to tidy up your property!
