Reminder - Rural Enterprise Overlay District Public Presentation & Listening Session - Tomorrow, December 6, 2023

You are invited to a community listening session Tomorrow, December 6th at 6:30pm at Town Hall to discuss a proposed Rural Opportunity Zoning Overlay. This overlay would support agricultural enterprises, eco-tourism, and complementary uses to nurture Hubbardston's rural economy.

We want to hear your priorities, ideas, and any concerns before formally proposing zoning changes. Your input will help the Planning Board reflect the needs of all in our community.

How can we promote small farms, agritourism, outdoor recreation, and sustainably grow good local jobs? Please join us and share your valuable perspective!
