The Town of Hubbardston is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms for a 3-year contract to provide property tax assessment services from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.

The selected firm will assist the Town with activities like preparing the annual tax recap and new growth reports, representing the Town at tax classification hearings and Appellate Tax Board cases, securing the annual tax rate, and more. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed in the public’s best interest.
