Town Land for Sale - One Week to Bid

The Town of Hubbardston, Massachusetts (the “Town”) is seeking proposals for the disposition of two vacant lots located on Ragged Hill Road. The lots are shown as Lot 4 and Lot 5 on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hubbardston, MA,” recorded with the Worcester South Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 868, Plan 100. Lot 4 contains 3.37 acres and Lot 5 contains 3.29 acres.

Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the Board of Selectmen, 7 Main Street, Box 3, Hubbardston, MA 01452, on or before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2020, and will be publicly opened at that time.
