Town Meeting Mailers

Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2 of the Hubbardston General Bylaws, the Office of the Select Board & Town Administrator recently mailed a brightly colored flyer to every home in town announcing the upcoming Special Town Meeting on October 26th.

If you did not receive a flyer, please know the key details about the Special Town Meeting can be picked up at Town Hall or viewed on the STM Webpage.

Correction: A previous version of this Town News Email stated that a general mailing was not required to notify residents of upcoming Town Meetings. However, the Hubbardston General Bylaws Chapter 2 Section 2 states that notice of all Town Meetings must be given by posting copies of the Warrant in the Town Office and two other public places, as well as through a general mailing to all Boxholders. The Office of the Town Administrator apologizes for the incorrect information previously provided regarding the notice requirements for Town Meetings outlined in the Bylaws.
