Notice of Decision

The Hubbardston Planning Board voted unanimously on July 27, 2023 to grant a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval to Industrial Tower & Wireless LLC for construction of a Wireless Communication Facility (Cell Tower) at the parcel Assessors Map 3, Lot 189, located behind 243 Gardner Road.  The full text of this decision can be found on the Town website here, is on file with the Town Clerk, or can be requested via email to the Land Use Clerk at plan@hubbardstonma.us.

Appeals, if any, shall be made pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A §17, and shall be filed within twenty (20) days after August 14, 2023, the date of filing of the decision with the Office of the Town Clerk.
