..Vote on Dolores Ordway changing status from an Alternate to Committee Member based on Ed Blanchard's resignation.

.. Selectmen's decision related to display of our new banner on the Common and other topics discussed at BoS meeting 10/18/21.

..Discuss the update on the bidding on our memorial which were opened on Oct 13, 2021 and subsequent actions taken by Selectmen.

...Discuss status of our grant with the Hubbardston CPC as the warrant was brought up at the Special Town Meeting on Oct 19, 2021.

..Review and finalize our listing of names of the Vietnam era Veterans that will be listed on our monument. Then, take a vote to accept this listing.

.. Discuss what actions we need to take next to keep the process going.

..Discuss status of our fundraising efforts as it relates to whatever our current anticipated expenditures are and actions needed at this time to keep the process in motion.
