Invitation For Bid - Hubbardston Center School Boiler Replacement Project

The Town of Hubbardston, Massachusetts is seeking sealed bids for the Hubbardston Center School Boiler Replacement Project. The project involves removal and replacement of the existing boiler at Hubbardston Center School with a new high efficiency boiler. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM on December 21, 2023 at the Office of the Town Administrator, Hubbardston Town Hall, 7 Main Street, Hubbardston, MA 01452. Bid documents, including specifications and prevailing wage schedules, may be obtained at the Office of the Town Administrator or on the Town of Hubbardston Procurement Web Page. A pre-bid conference will be held on December 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the project site. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The project is subject to Massachusetts prevailing wage laws.
