Request For Proposal - Information Technology Consulting Services

The Town of Hubbardston is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Town with computer network administration and information technology technical assistance beginning July 1, 2024 for a one-year period, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms; pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, Section 6.

Request for proposal packages and additional RFP detail are available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday from the Town Administrator’s Office, 7 Main Street, Hubbardston, MA, 01452, or by phone at 978-928-1400 x200, or by emailing admin@hubbardstonma.us. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon), Thursday, September 28, 2023 per submittal requirements to: Nathan R. Boudreau, Town Administrator, 7 Main Street Unit 3, Hubbardston, MA, 01452.
