Voter Registration
Registering to vote:
In order to register to vote in Hubbardston you must be:
A U.S. Citizen
A resident of Hubbardston
At least 18 years of age on or before the next election
Where to Register
You may register in person at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours,through the Registry of Motor Vehicles, through various other State Agencies, or by completing a mail-in registration affidavit and returning it to our office. A new Online Voter Registration option has been added as of July 2015. Please see link above.

A valid Massachusetts Drivers License number or the last four digits of your Social Security Number must be provided on the voter registration affidavit.
You must choose either a party enrollment or designation or you may choose “No Party (U/unenrolled)”.
After the affidavit has been processed and verified by the State Voter Information System (VRIS) as complete, an acknowledgment letter will be generated and sent to you to confirm your registration and inform you of your polling location.
Registration Deadline
New voter registrations must be received ten (10) days prior to all primaries, elections and town meetings.
Change of Address
Please notify the Town Clerk’s office if your address changes within the Town of Hubbardston. If you move to another town or city in Massachusetts, you must re-register to vote in that community.
