FY21 Overall Strategic Vision

Hubbardston's FY21 overall stratgeic vision focuses on increasing public trust through developing departmental competencies. Through goals and department improvement plans, the town staff is focused on demonstrating professionalism, increasing communication, committing to fiscal responsability and crafting/implementing strong polices and procedures.

In support of this vision, department were asked to complete FY21 goals addressing the following:
