Town Inventories and Land

According to the Hubbardston Charter, the Town Administrator shall keep full and complete inventory of all property of the town, both real and personal. The town administrator shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all town property placed under the town administrator’s control by the charter, by bylaw, or otherwise. Annually, the Town Administator is committed to a full audit of town inventory to ensure compliance with the charter and to minmize costs of insurance, maintenance and purchasing. The audits are conducted at the beginning of every fiscal year.
